Finzi-Contini's garden review.

It's been a while since I've uploaded a book review but here has come the day, I've finally finisched tests so I will have a lot more time to read, so expect some reviews soon.

You've heard of this book in a recent tag that I've uploaded, this was the last book that I had to read because someone had me to read it.

This was given to me by my literature teacher for school and I didn't like it.

This book talks about the story of this people that are Jews and it's set up in 1939 so when the racial laws were up in the city of Ferrara in Italy.

The only reason why I didn't like this book was the fact that I was expecting something more exiting, something that would have stayed in my mind and in my heard for ever, something that I would have always remembered as a really good book, the problem was that there was no point in writing this.

This is not teaching anything because it tells the story about the main character Giorgio falling in love with Micol, she liked him at the beginning but then she fell in love with his friend Malnate, this is it.

This talks about their story, he liked her, he tried to have her fall in love but then this is it.

There are some historical references about the ''Leggi Fascistissime'' of 1925-26 and it talks about the fact that life of a Jews was hard because they couldn't attend the tennis club and in university they had some issues.

But it was not telling me anything else.

If you want to read something about that historical period I suggest that you read Anne Frank's diary or Primo Levi ''If this is a man'', I don't suggest this one at all, it's boring and it didn't tell me anything.

I was so let down at this.

La pioggia nel pineto, D'annunzio, La domenica del Classico.

Oggi, un po' per la domenica del classico un po' perché sono ispirata volevo proporvi la mia poesia preferita. Come potrete vedere dal blog io leggo solo testi in prosa, non sono una grande fan della retorica, ma la pioggia nel pineto è qualcosa di bellissimo, è la poesia migliore che io abbia mai letto. Tutto di questa lirica è perfetto, i suoni, le parole usate, TUTTO ragazzi, tutto. Quindi oggi vi propongo il testo integrale per chiunque non abbia mai letto tale meraviglia e proverò a spiegarvi un po' di cosa si parla. Taci. Su le soglie del bosco non odo parole che dici umane; ma odo parole più nuove che parlano gocciole e foglie lontane. Ascolta. Piove dalle nuvole sparse. Piove su le tamerici salmastre ed arse, piove su i pini scagliosi ed irti, piove su i mirti divini, su le ginestre fulgenti di fiori accolti, su i ginepri folti di coccole aulenti, piove su i nostri volti silv...

Productivity planners

Here is my line of planners that I've been so exited about, for this past year I've been working a lot and here it is. Here is the planner in the inside, it will be available in a couple of days, we have a weekly spread right here, for all weeks of the year. The size is 6x9. There are some cute bee decorations to make it look cuter. You'll get a monthly planner for every month and at the beginning there are 10 pages of contact list. At the end there are 20 to do list pages.

La saga di fallen.

Siam qui riuniti oggi per parlare di una saga. Una saga che quando la lessi a quattordici anni mi piacque moltissimo ma ora riguardandomi indietro non ci vedo nulla né di originale né di particolare. Parlo della saga di Fallen, redatta da Lauren Kate, composta da quattro libri: Fallen, Torment, Passion, Rapture ed uno spin off intitolato Fallen in nove ed un quinto libro di nome unforgiven che dovrebbe essere dal punto di vista del personaggio maschile. Posso recensire soltanto i primi due libri fallen e torment poiché sono gli unici due che ho letto e posso un minimo parlare di passion perché l'ho iniziato ma mai finito. Iniziamo parlando di quanto sono belle le copertine, sono state la cosa per cui ho voluto davvero tanto comprare questi libri e leggerli, al momento li ho soltanto in ebook. Parliamo quindi della trama, la nostra protagonista Luce, per via di un incidente si ritrova in una sorta di clinica di recupero chiamata Sword&cross ed inizia una nuov...
