Translating my book, journey

Yes, the moment has come.

I will start translating my book.

Wish me luck.

I have been writing in italian for my whole life and my first novel ,The last Beat came out in italian but now, since I think that it's a great story I really wish I can reach more people, and just by translating it I'll be able to do it.

I am really ecxited to start this journey even if I know it's going to be so long and difficult.

I have translated before but oh my God, that was hard.

I will try and update here everything that I do.

This is how the italian cover is, I might keep the same one for the translated version, I'll definitely change the trim size because I know that American and English people do care about the size of the book while Italians don't.

I can't wait to know what more people think about my story and I can't wait to start this journey, this is the first novel I've ever written and I was 17 when I started and finished this, I am so proud of it and I am really happy to try and translate it to make it reach even more people.

I hope you'll be interested in following me trough this journey, it's going to be me growing and becoming a better author and translator.

Why you should read classic books and some suggestions.

Classic books are one of the most difficult category of books that you can read. They are called ''havy'' in the italian language because sometimes they have some difficulto words or too old expression that you have to search because the most of the time you don't know the meaning. They are hard and sometime quite boring but they need to be like this. If you consider two books, a contemporary books, let's take for example Jamie McGuire's ''Beautiful disaster'' and George Orwell's 1984, we have a kind of love story in both of the books, however, the concept that Jamie tells in her beautiful thing are totally wrong, they teach to young girls that your boyfriend should be aggressive, way too jalous als if the main characters of the story are not even in a relationship, I hope that who read that book could relate to me, so it is full of wrong concepts that teach just wrong things. La pioggia nel pineto, D'annunzio, La domenica del Classico.

Oggi, un po' per la domenica del classico un po' perché sono ispirata volevo proporvi la mia poesia preferita. Come potrete vedere dal blog io leggo solo testi in prosa, non sono una grande fan della retorica, ma la pioggia nel pineto è qualcosa di bellissimo, è la poesia migliore che io abbia mai letto. Tutto di questa lirica è perfetto, i suoni, le parole usate, TUTTO ragazzi, tutto. Quindi oggi vi propongo il testo integrale per chiunque non abbia mai letto tale meraviglia e proverò a spiegarvi un po' di cosa si parla. Taci. Productivity planners

Here is my line of planners that I've been so exited about, for this past year I've been working a lot and here it is. Here is the planner in the inside, it will be available in a couple of days, we have a weekly spread right here, for all weeks of the year. The size is 6x9. There are some cute bee decorations to make it look cuter. You'll get a monthly planner for every month and at the beginning there are 10 pages of contact list. At the end there are 20 to do list pages.
